Na Mara

Na Mara is an exploration of belonging.

Returning to the beach of my hometown —a landscape entwined with my family's history—the work explores the sea as a site of memory,  where past and present continually meet. The cyclical movement of the tides becomes both metaphor and material, reflecting themes of departure, return and renewal.

Silent Sea

Silent Sea is an exploration of the body as both vessel and landscape. Through somatic movement, I examine how emotion and memory are held within it.

Throughout my work, the body, the natural world, and the landscape are recurring subjects, approached as spaces of reflection, stillness, vulnerability and transformation. Rooted in the past yet grounded in the present, they offer an ongoing reflection on time, carrying a sense of guidance, depth and wisdom.
